Got an update on Jupiter reward system and it’s pretty much game over.

I was expecting it. Cashback was a marketing tool only, whose utility is over now.

I was not expecting it. But they did mention these rewards were not forever. Anyways, let’s see if they bring any better offers.

They shouldn’t have reduced the monthly limit of jewels from 500 to 100 & 150 on UPI and debit card spend respectively

I don’t understand what is top merchant and who are power users. I hope at least Amazon/Flipkart are top merchants.

My assumption is the following:
Power Users: Users who have spent most from their Jupiter Accounts.
Top merchants: Top Merchants are where the above users have spent the most of their money on.

Now since Jupiter has cut down on rewards and cashback, I’m expecting team will focus more on other things.
Specifically- better customer support and enhanced app with essential features like bill payments, recurring payments, etc.
