Also, you can DM Shawn Pinto, with the relevant details (If possible try attaching the screenshots of the error)

If you are a new user/newly installed app /changed phone number then there is a transaction limit of about 5K for the first 24 hrs.
If this is the case you can try with a lower amount or wait a day.
