After 9 months I have installed jupiter. I had an account, after installing & reactivate the account. It’s loading and stuck. Not navigate to the account summary page. Only loading is going on for a long time.
Please help me out, as I want to link this for salary account
Have you added any custom dns ? Are you using any adblocker apps ? I have seen such issues to those users.
Email to support@jupiter.money ,they can get it fixed. 
Same problem, tried reinstalling, didn’t work,happened after yesterday’s update.

Even I am facing a problem,the app is not working no touch response is coming from the app
@Muhammed_Afrin clear the app cache and try again. If the issue persists, then uninstall and reinstall the app. If the issue still persists report this to the support team via email - support@jupiter.money.
Include a video of the issue. If you are an android user you will need to use a different device to record the video
