I have been trying to complete my e-kyc since like a week and it just shows “The error is from us,not you” ?

Don’t think Jupiter app is on downtime now since I couldn’t find any issues and can access it. (Has to be the issue of slot allocation)
I suggest you to record the error and send the same to support@jupiter.money.
