The support team directly says that they do not charge for incoming transactions, and I’ve asked multiple times and they said the same thing every time.!

@niranjan There should be no charges. Except if the remitter had asked for charges to be borne by the beneficiary.

We found out why @niranjan 's amount was charged.
Since he had received foreign currency into his account, the bank has to convert this and hence the charge.

The real question was, why did the support team said there were no charges for incoming transactions?
They said the same thing to me and @Aswin_Benny,
Not to mention you, yourself said there should not be any charges, Is Jupiter Money is Safe for Receiving International Payment? - #24 by Shawnpinto.
Also I did not find anything in the Jupiter Fees page regarding this,
