International transactions are blocked

I have used Jupyter app for 3 very small transaction. My total transaction is not more than 3k. Still international transactions are blocked saying my limit is reached for the current year, limit is 7 lakh. And support is not giving me ETA as they don’t have information. This is very poor from Jupyter

So I see a warning saying that international transactions on my card are blocked because I have reached limit for international remittance so jupiter needs to automate tds collection which it doesn’t have yea, I wanted to ask @Jiten @Shawnpinto what is the limit ? Because there is no way I spent 7 lakh on international transactions?
