Wondering if anyone has had any experience receiving USD into their Jupiter account ? I have an incoming transfer that was initiated on the 5th of June and it’s not in my account yet. I have tried the customer care but they seems to only have superficial idea about it, they keep asking if the transfer is NEFT or not, and Ben after explaining that it’s an international transfer.
If any one let me know how long it took them to receive the money ? And were the conversion rates atrocious ?
