My Jupiter account received a remittance from my employer at the start of the month. The bank withheld the funds, and a Jupiter representative reached out asking for the purpose of remittance and the source of funds. I replied the same day with everything they asked for.
That was almost a fortnight ago. No acknowledgment. No follow-up. No funds.
I’ve followed up via email, but haven’t received a response. I have tried the “priority” support, but the person is always somehow more clueless than I am. This is my salary. I have everyday expenses to manage, and I’ve been dipping into savings while this sits unresolved. Again, this is nearly a month after I received my salary.
Has anyone else run into this with Jupiter? And does anyone know a faster way to get an actual human to look at this?
