I’m currently working on improving the Help Support Home Page and would like to get inputs from community on the same. Would also love to chat about the product and get your views! I assure you that this will be a quick conversation! :running_man:

My thoughts on this.

  • Reduced navigation efforts in help section
  • Self help guides

Called CS on May 2.
It still shows under open requests section.

Cheque book request raised on May 3 and received it. Still showing under open section.
