I’m unable to log into my account after reinstalling the app. It says my mobile number could not be verified. I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app multiple times. My other messages are going through.
I have recharged 10rs twice, still I am not able to send message. Twice the message even sent, with no response from bank.
Does sending an sms normally to someone in your contact list or your other mobile number works using the same sim?
If that does not work maybe its an issue with the network provider, they can be notorious for not allowing sending messages without a costly recharge with validity of some days.
