Hi I am using Edge CSB Bank RuPay Credit Card from since launch, but credit card limit has not increased from past 2 yrs. Can any has face these issue, and even paid all my credit card due on time, still no upgrade for credit limit increase or any is what is procedure to increase limit.

It is up to the bank to decide if they want to increase or decrease. You can contact customer care and see what other options you got.
