How to get statement of a closed/frozen account

Hello,

I had an account in Jupiter Federal Bank which got closed on 21st May 2024. Now i want to get statement of my account. In app, I am not getting any option to do so.

Are you able to access the Jupiter app?

Yes. I am able to access it, but when I click on Request account statement it shows this option is available only for saving accounts, probably because my account is closed.
