Jupiter is now forcing to complete the vKYC, to unfreeze my account , The CS is helpless 
Why not just complete the vKYC then?

exactly, why are advertising the the different account types then. now i loaded the money into account and they freezed the account and the only option left is to do vKYC as there are no process setup for account closure 
Same thing happened with me in Fincare my account was freeze and cc was telling to complete full kyc but i ignore it because if i complete the full kyc and my account didnt unfreeze then what will i do now. Because i stay in kolkata and my account was opened in chandigarh and i canโ travel their to unfreeze the account.
I waited 1 year and in march 22 my account was closed due to non completion of kyc and again i sent them my other bank details for balance transfer and now they did itโฆ
