How many customer ids associated with my mobile number.
I need this to contact Federal customer care since I am not able to login to FedMobile app.
I need this because credit card can be only controlled by FedMobile app and I can not login to it. I hold Jupiter and Fi both the accounts.

There should be an alternative way to pay credit card bills. If we hold CSB/Federal Bank credit card, the bank should allow us to pay the bills via their app/website also. Scanning the QR code on the bill leads us to Jupiter app.

I think it is a single customer ID but different accounts

Could you please elaborate on which card variant are you talking? Is it regarding Jupiter Edge Card (Visa/Rupay)?
