I have been using my old Axis demat account for investing in mutual funds. I want to transfer all my funds from the MFCentral portal to my Jupiter federal account and close the Axis account for good.
Obviously I dont want to risk losing my investments and any deductions from it so I want to know there wont be any need to change anything in my account right? Still 0 balance hopefully cause thats why I am getting rid of Axis account. I need to liquidate all my funds asap.
Secondly, to transfer my funds from MFCentral, I need my Jupiter accounts digital cheque and digital passbook. I tried downloading it multiple times on my phone [android-samsung] but it is failing, giving my a 0 byte corrupted file each time. I emailed the issue to the support team as well but to no use. It might be some problem with space on my device too, I am not sure as it’s always packed, but I surely tried clearing enough space for 2 PDFs…
I have been asking to receive my digital cheque and passbook via email but havent received it yet. I need to make the transfer at the earliest so will be great to get an update on this and receive my documents via email at the earliest. If not, atleast some info so I can check my other options.
Ps. There should be option to export my account docs like these in multiple formats..dont you think..?
so device doesnt become an issue..
