Freeze the pot till the goal is reached

Once the pot is created, and the limit is set. The pot money should be unavailable to use till the limit is reached.

The option of freezing the pot should be given before hand so that the person does it willingly. This creates a better chance of saving money in the pots.

@Abidnissar Since the pot is basically a savings account it cannot be freezed until and unless there is some court order.
