I have my Debit card but I forget the Debit card Pin not able to reset the MPIN. what can I do please suggest me?

As per RBI Guidelines (April 2026)
Step 1 — Reset Debit Card PIN
Visit your bank’s ATM, mobile app, or net banking and select “Forgot/Generate PIN”. Verify via OTP on your registered mobile number and set a new PIN.
If your mobile number is not registered, visit the nearest branch with valid ID (Aadhaar/PAN).
Step 2 — Reset MPIN
Once your Debit Card PIN is reset, open your bank’s app → Forgot MPIN → verify using card details and new PIN → set a new MPIN.
Regulatory Note
As per Reserve Bank of India digital banking guidelines, banks provide secure OTP-based authentication for PIN/MPIN reset through digital channels. Branch visit is generally not required if your mobile number is registered.
