I am thinking of opening an account there, why do you say that?
I have been a customer of indie since last few months from their initial launch and it has been a pleasant experience there were some hiccups with the app but they have worked on it and revamped the app and the rewards are great too. With time it will get better I think, let’s hope for the best.
1)Pathetic customer service.
2) customer support number is not reachable.
3)It takes a week to get a reply from email.
4) Can’t use any of the service of indusind bank.(not even WhatsApp banking)
5) indusind debit card support Gpay n Paytm tap and pay but not able to add indie card.
If you have a Fi or Jupiter account, I recommend not opening an Indie account.
I still prefer fi over indie.
@Abhinav_Goyal there are milestones defined for the fee to be waived and the fee has not been charged yet. You need to understand something - just because a user expects something to be given for free because someone else is doing that, does make it an obligation for a business to do the same. It’s a decision that the business has taken from a long term sustainability perspective.
But AMC applicable to old customers which is not acceptable. Even Fi continues to waive AMC for old customers .
2 different companies with separate goals. We need to respect the that as well as digest it.
Just to ensure I am understanding your point - you get questions if you maintain an account balance or pots balance or FD balance of ₹10,000 or more?
Right now you can manually check the debit card amc waiver from your monthly/yearly transaction statement received from Jupiter/federal Bank
