While entering the kyc details there was a spelling mistake with my father’s name. The kyc agent said you can easily reenter and continue but after that when i enter the name with correct spelling it’s automatically reloading and ask me to enter the name again. I tried it so many time, more than 20 time but still now it’s not working. They still ask. Me to enter my father name. What will i do i contact the csb bank customers but they are irresponsible. They said me to contact jupiter bank but im jupiter bank im not able to talk to the customers care… Please give me any valuable information
