Saw many posts on social media that Jupiter has wrongly reported the outstanding balance on cibil, checked my score and it has dropped 60 points, please rectify this issue immediately, I need to apply for a loan and this will have a negative impact on my application
We have already sent a communication last night to the users who got impacted due to this technical issue. The fix has been made and it will reflect with respective bureaus within 24-48 hours.
