Here it is showing only link with Gmail account ID it is not available to enter email id manually, I have a Microsoft Hotmail account then how can I update my email ID, please provide a textbox to manual entries

@Shawnpinto I am only able to add gmail email address i want to add a yahoo email address on profile hoe to do that ?

There is no option to change email id in Jupiter app. I want to change my email id on Jupiter from gmail to hotmail. All my transaction emails and statements etc are getting delivered to gmail which i want to change to hotmail as most of the time gmail shows as mailbox full. So, please let me know how to change the email id.

Hi @Subi The option to change email is in the Hamburger Menu > Your Profile > Email address “Update” option.

Please note that if you have once the email is changed, you would not be able to change it again for next 90 days and if you have had Edge CSB Bank Credit Card with us ever or onboarded to Jupiter Pots, and have not made a transaction in the last 6 months being a full KYC user, the option would not be available.

You can change your email to only another gmail account :confused:

@Vajrala_Pradeep Please let us know, when will we be able to use email providers other than gmail.

Hi @Pratyushh Yes, currently we only support Gmail accounts due to internal policy and to reduce misuse. But we are looking into the possibility of getting other emails safely. We dont have a tentative date on it but it is in our list.

Request the team to please work on this on priority. Due to the advancements in AI email are getting more vulnerable to attacks. I want to change it to a separate provider.
