Hi All, yesterday I lost my Visa Edge Credit Card,so I opt for reissue option.
Firstly, I am asked reason for replacement,I opted for Lost.
Secondly ,after giving the reason,i observed my old card is replaced with New Card number and here I saw the bug.
At below options,At UI ,shown me option Click for Free Physical Card delivery.i opted for it.I didn’t take snap of it.
I feel the option is for only to the New customers or first time card request,it’s misguided though it’s cahrged for replacement.
Anyone faced the similar issue,pls reply with snap ,if you have taken…
