You guys should set the minimum age limit to 21 at least! Or at least approve the card with a small credit limit so younger users can start building credit responsibly.
At 21, most users already have a credit score. Some users like me want to collect and use good cards like this one. I’ve been waiting 1-2 years for this card!!!
Can I make a few constructive suggestions?
Moving 5% from OTA portals exclusively to Jupiter Flights was a mistake. OTA portal should have been retained.
CSB Bank does not give automatic limit enhancements also for those stuck on a low limit. Partner with a bank which approves multiple cards, which has terrible cards currently e.g. Kotak or RBL or ICICI (except for Amazon Pay) but which gives limit enhancement so we can spend more.
Your existing customers cannot spend more if CSB Bank approves the card but sticks them with a low limit
