I have applied for Edge plus rupay credit card via jupiter but it got rejected. What might be the reason?

I have dropped a mail to customer support team. I didn’t got exact reason for rejecting my edge plus rupay credit card from them. They are saying it is due not meeting the requirements of vkyc criteria.
I have applied credit crad from wipro,manikonda location and my current address is Indis viva city kondapur. Is there any issue with these location? My vkyc got rejected due to this?

During vKYC process, bank validates all the details that you have entered as part of the application process along with a few other things. While it is not possible to share the exact reason for rejection, @Salini_Chatterjee will see if there is a possibility of doing something. Please send your details to Salini and allow her a weeks time to check.
