Edge CSB Credit Card: Location unavailable error despite others in my PIN code having the card

Hi everyone,

I am trying to apply for the Edge CSB Bank Credit Card through the Jupiter app, but I am getting stuck at the address verification step. The app shows the following error message:

“Your address could not be verified. Thanks for your interest in the Edge CSB Bank Credit Card. We are currently not available at your location.”

I have double-checked my residential address and PIN code, and everything is accurate.

What is confusing is that I know people living in my exact same city and sharing the same PIN code who already have and use this card. Because of this, it seems like a technical glitch or an issue with my specific profile rather than a regional restriction.

Could the community managers or team please look into this system error? Is there a way to trigger a manual address verification or refresh my profile eligibility?
