My PIN code 122001 is showing as serviceable on your link, but in the application it is marked as unserviceable.
I have already had my application journey reset twice. On the first page, the PIN code appears serviceable, but as soon as I submit the details, a pop-up appears stating that the PIN code is unserviceable.
Such an inconsistent experience discourages customers and makes me lose interest in your card. Kindly check and resolve this issue.

My pincode 560029 is eligible but somehow everytime application gets rejected without checking cibil score.

Hi @Salini_Chatterjee my current pincode is showing serviceable however in past application was rejected and now there’s no option to reapply in app, when I tried from Jupiter settings>cards section it shows last rejected status for location and unable to reapply, can you reset my application.
Can anyone please reset my credit card application so that I can apply for edge+ credit card? It is available at my pincode but no option to apply in app.

My credit card application was declined with the reason “Address Unserviceability.”
My address is in Panvel, Navi Mumbai (PIN code 410206), and it exactly matches my Aadhaar and other KYC documents. I do not understand why my address has been marked as unserviceable.
What is even more disappointing is that there is no direct way to speak with customer support to clarify the issue. This has made the experience very frustrating. I have been trying to apply for a Jupiter credit card for the past two years, but each time I encounter the same issue without receiving a clear explanation or a resolution.
I request that you please review my application, explain the exact reason for the decline, and let me know whether my application can be reconsidered or if there is any way to resolve this issue. If my PIN code (410206) is genuinely not serviceable, please confirm that explicitly so that I have a clear understanding of the situation.
I would appreciate a prompt response and a clear resolution to this long-standing issue.

My pin code 110044 is showing serviceable but some old application is showing rejected not able to reapply with my new serviceable pin code.
