CSB Edge Credit Card application glitched with location error (Family members already have the card)

I am trying to apply for the Jupiter CSB Bank Edge Credit Card but I am instantly getting the “application was not approved” error. The app seems to be blocking it citing a location issue.

However, both my mother and my brother live at my exact same address/PIN code, and they both successfully got this card recently. It seems my application pipeline is glitched on the location check step.

Could someone please help reset or whitelist my application journey so I can proceed properly?

As discussed, your pin code is serviceable. However, the location you were present in from where you applied is currently not eligible. Please note that once you are eligible, you will receive the option to reapply.
