Hi, I would like to reapply too.
The card gives 10% cashback, but the website says cashback will be in the form of Jewels, and 5 Jewels = ₹1.
So if I spend ₹1000 on Amazon, I’ll get 10% cashback in the form of Jewels, which is 100 jewels.
100 jewels = ₹20 (which is effectively 2% cashback in reality)
Is this the right calculation?

This is incorrect.
If you spend ₹1,000 on Amazon, you get ₹100 cashback (That’s 500 jewels) - 10% cashback.
You get 5x the jewel amount for the % cashback.

I’ve recently applied for CSB Edge+ Credit Card! (Have a excellent credit score too!)
While applying, just to keep my address all across the credit products, i gave my native place pincode, just to check if it’s available! I was kicked out of the application process, no way to edit the pincode and continue!
I’ve a serviceable pincode too 600085 i cross verified again in the website (after support folks replied with the same auto-response that they’ll notify me once my pincode is serviceable).
Tried reaching out to you guys multiple times but nobody is reliable in assisting this! Anyone from jupiter care to resolve this, kindly look into this!

I’m unable to add the card to my Jupiter app upi. It is throwing error ..
Write to the support email. It will ensure a ticket is assigned to your issue and tracked to closure.
I applied for the card when I was in my hometown and got a location error. Wrote an email to resume my application after coming back to the city, but they replied that your location is not serviceable, but my flatmate got the card on the same day. There is no credit enquiry. I haven’t submitted the application. How is my application showing as rejected? Now I am looking forward to either team deleting all of the personal information, like PAN and Aadhar, visible on the profile section or letting me resume my application.
I think bots are replying to the email. The Support team does not even read the mail. I requested the same over email, and they are just replying with we will notify once your location is serviceable.

"Sorry, your account could not be created.

I have a few clarifications:
- How will the bank assess updated information, such as improvements in my credit profile?
- When does this internal re-verification typically take place?
- Is there a defined cooling period after which I can reapply or expect reconsideration?
