Hello, I wanted to redeem my Digital Gold amount into my Jupiter Pot, so I selected the Pot while redeeming.
However, the amount was credited to my main bank account instead of the selected Pot.
Earlier, when I redeemed Digital Gold, the amount used to come through UPI and it was credited to the selected Pot. This time, the amount came through IMPS and was credited to my main account.
Is this happening because the redemption payment is now being processed through IMPS instead of UPI? And is there any way to redeem the Digital Gold amount directly into my Jupiter Pot which support only UPI?
Please clarify why this happened and whether the Pot redemption option is currently working.
