I had done a recharge of 209 for my phone, just to see the jewel rewards.

Although I didn’t receive the moon, or am unable to access it?
It still says to do a recharge of min 200.
Any way to get my Jewel Reward?
Check the rewards page, there will be a j icon on the top of the home screen.
There if you click on lifetime jewels earned you will see a list of all the jewels you earned. For the bill payment some jewels would be added as per offer.
If you are looking for moons it should be visible on the quests page in the rewards page.
If that is not the case consider reaching out to support team.
