How to withdraw consent for unused bank accounts tracking in app. I’m unable to see balance option as mentioned in FAQs

Hello Aadit,

We understand that you wish to unlink the bank accounts. Kindly follow the below steps:
Money> Networth> click on the bank account> small ‘i’ symbol> stop tracking and remove account

I am trying to do The same but I do not see any “i” button or icon , for one of my account its asking to relink but when trying to reach link it show the account already there so, I want to de link one of my account and relink then, but I do see any option to delink

There is no option to remove bank account from Jupiter app. You have to download FinVu app and then register and the you’ll get the option to delink all accounts.

You can manage the linked accounts from the below steps:

Home screen > Hamburger menu > Payments > Manage Bank Accounts

OR

Money Tab> Click on Networth> Click on Bank Balances> Click on the A/c you would want to remove> Click on Account Details> Click on Stop Tracking

Please note that the app needs one Primary Account for payments and you can remove any of the rest and if you want to add back any account, support intervention is needed.
