Yeah, you don’t need a native app for everything these days. Community/ forums like these only require what’s known as a Progressive Web App (PWA) in the web dev parlance.
It mimics a full-blown native app

You can use DiscourseHub. This is the link from the apple store, and I’m sure there’s a play store variant too.
Syncs just fine with the community page. I use it all the time.
