i made a jupiter acc and cleared the ekyc of aadhar with selfie and everything on 15th august ( saturday ) , today is 17th of august ( monday ) yet i haven’t received any updates abt the account, ive received the upi id but not bank details , im confused wether the kyc was done for creating upi id only or for bank acc aswell? im also trying to reach out to the company by the start a conversation section in the jupiter app but its glitched and whenever i click on it , it just restarts the app , i tried logging in on another device and doing the same but the result was the same. please help me out if anyone can!
