For every international transactions it show INR AMOUNT_NUMBER even if currency is different
.
Eg for 10$ internal transaction it show msg like:

1234 is the OTP for this purchase of INR 10 at LAMBDA CLOUD using your cobranded Debit Card issued by Federal Bank. Please don’t share this with anyone.

Thank you for bringing this topic up. I too faced this issue but at that time I had not joined this community. It felt very weird when I was doing a transaction for 29 USD and I received OTP asking for a transaction of Rs 29. I went ahead and entered the OTP anyways since I trusted the merchant website and I was charged ~2400 Rs as expected.
