I am not sure about it, because I ( iPhone 11 pro) and my mom ( iPhone 13 pro max), we both are facing the same issue.

Unsure. This seems to have affected random set of users
@Devansh_Bartwal can you please try uninstalling and re installing the app. I checked with multiple PRO users on iOS and they are able to view the NRV Screen as @Pratyushh had pointed.

This was checked on multiple devices too.
Thereās no possible fix for the button at the moment. It is a user-specific issue.
But yes, try to reinstall the app to see if it persists.
