Jupiter is the best Neo bank I have ever used. I am using Jupiter since 9 months. I haven’t had any issues apart from my card wasn’t coming from sleep mode. That was also resolved by cc.
The best thing about Jupiter is you always get customer support online.

As the app is in developing phase. There may be some minor bug but all together a great app.
