@KBC This seems to be a very user specific issue. If you are an android phone, take video from different phone from the point you open the app till the point the app gets restarted and share it with the support team on the following email - support@jupiter.money
I’m using iphone 6’s ,will share video soon

@KBC Have you installed the most recent version?
I suggest you uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
After doing so, check whether the issue persists or not.
Your trick of “mission mangal failed ”,sorry but I tried with solutions you have provided it didn’t worked & problem persists.
Please report this issue to customer support team. This ensures a ticket is assigned to issue and tracked to closure
