Accounts keep showing as adding

I tried to add my other accounts to track on Jupiter, it keeps showing as adding. It has been over a month. How can I resolve this

I mean’t if you report it to our chat or email support, they will give you a ticket number. It is required for us to pull out user id etc. and resolve this.
