You have to reach our to those NCCRP departments to understand the complaints and get your case closed. Once it is closed, the team will process the request with the bank to unfreeze the account.
I have emailed the NCCRP department. Or i also have to visit the office in person? I would appreciate clear guidance as I am quite concerned about this matter. Because I am in serious need of my money; all of my savings were in that account, which has above 50k. These are for my mom’s operation.
