Account blocked even after correct mpin

My account has been locked even after entering the correct MPIN. I do not have a physical debit card as well, hence I can’t use “change the MPIN with debit card” option. The face verification option isn’t working as well.

The replies by Jupiter support via mail have been just an auto generated one, nothing useful.
