Federal Bank OTP screen opens and upon typing the OTP, the jupiter screen opens once again but it says “Verification failed”. The OTP entered is correct but clicking that button or clicking the “I didn’t get OTP” redirects to the jupiter screen and says failed and asks me to try. The funny thing is i got an email saying Aadhar authentication successful but i’m stuck and cannot proceed further. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help.

I suggest you to record the error and mail your issue to support@jupiter.money for creating a support ticket.

Also, since you got the message saying aadhaar authentication is successful, I suggest you to try with app after 1-2 days
