VKYC - Getting failed

Incorrectly flag my connection with a message stating that a VPN is enabled or a VPN-related application is present on my device.

You are saying it was incorrect because you didn’t had VPN enabled or any VPN-related application? If yes, please DM your details to @V_Akhil and he will get it checked with the bank.

Yes, I never had VPN app or VPN enabled applications, for saferside, I have also turned off private relay on my iphone.

Please DM your details to @Aayush_Mishra, he will get this checked.

Hi Sapthagiri,

Please DM me your Jupiter Support ticket no, or your Jupiter registered mobile number. I’ll assist you with this.

Done.

Are we genuinely committed to addressing this problem? A straightforward minor fix has involved more than 7 people collecting information, requesting details from the beginning, and then disappearing. I’m waiting for your technical team and support team to fix this basic VKYC flagging error, which is my mistake. I’m withdrawing from the card application process.

I hope you will understand the complexity of a Fintech application which involves multiple parties and processes, therefore it is taking sometime. Additionally, 2nd October and 4th October were bank holidays. While, we would not like you to withdraw however if this is what you would like to do, we will understand it.

If you or your team could solve the issue at the earliest, it would be great. I will wait until this week before taking final call.

We will try to get this resolved this week and if we are not able to, we will tell you the reason for it.
