Video KYC Bluetooth device mic and audio not connecting

Hi team,
When trying to do video KYC in the app the Bluetooth device is not accepting as audio and mic comes in the phone directly and because not having clear audio I tried 3 to 4 times then copied the link of the video KYC and tried it in the mobile browser and Bluetooth device is connecting so please look into the issue and resolve this as this is a great inconvenience.
