@Bankofthefuture @Jiten Is the access for Jupiter to existing customers will be given in a phased manner?
If yes, then Is it according to the Firstlist position?
Will it be rolled out from tomorrow onwards?
Are we going to get invitation through email or there will be an app update available?

There’s no point in giving the acess to such users in phased manner as they pose least burden to the system since they are already kyced and outrightly they will be verified.
So I think there would be an update to the app to add the functionality to accept the existing customers.

It displays the same as earlier for me i.e"federal account detected".
Is it same 4 you or were you able to get through.
@CarolinMerces since you are #52 in firstlist ,could you please confirm if you are able to open the account now (12:07 AM) .
@Bankofthefuture , @Jiten please,atleast tell us now when can we use it.

No change. Still showing as federal bank user detected.

You are right.
Now I think we have to wait for an app update.

Hope they do it before 20.08.2021.
BTW today is a bank holiday according to Federal bank Holidays and work calendar, can’t say about the Jupiter team how they would be affected by this.

Hey all,

Apologies on being absent from the scene today. We had a good day today at Jupiter testing out things to ensure our Existing-to-Bank customers have a smooth onboarding experience when we launch.

I am aware that we are at 19th Aug today and I have 2 news to share with you - 1 good and 1 not-so-good. The good news is that we have tested everything from our end for this feature, are ready and are very close to launching it soon. The not-so-good news is that we are still awaiting for a couple of approvals from our partner bank’s side, which are expected to come anytime.

We are hoping to have onboarding starting for you all on Friday - 20th Aug, post 2 PM if there is no further delay. Also, this will again be a phased out rollout to ensure a smooth experience for almost 10k (and growing every day) users who are awaiting this feature.

Considering the enthusiasm shown by you all, I will ensure that each one of you on this thread gets onboarded on Day 1 itself. Watch out for the next update on this thread on Friday, 20th Aug around 2 PM.

Note: A new build will be out for the feature. Will share more details in my next update.

@Krishnendu_Chowdhury no vKYC for Existing Federal Bank users. You will all be ‘a Verified Member’, like I mentioned in my last post, from Day 1.

What should i do after it release? Because i tryed to open an account earlier. Still i am stuck on the error page.

It will be a phased rollout.
