Thatโ€™s a good newsโ€ฆ And honestly Iโ€™ve joined Jupiter in itโ€™s initial days and at the time of firstlist Iโ€™ve posted the same to a community where people came to know about Jupiter and everyone enjoying Jupiter experience but the one who has shared and joined haa still has no luck to experience Jupiter.
:sunglasses: Very stranger !!
Anyways hope Iโ€™ll land on Jupiter soonโ€ฆstill excited but the that was not the first one.
I also understand that everything is not in your control still expectations are only from you not for Federal bank.

I would also like to suggest one feature @Jiten Itโ€™s same as niyox that is card designโ€ฆ Please give us a option new oneโ€™s to choose from card design (like pure Black/white/metal etc etc)
You can post some card design to ask userโ€™s through pool/survery which one like to consider/see in upcoming days.
Card design are todayโ€™s best concept by fintech neobank.

@Jiten any update when will we be able to open account?

 folks,

I know the wait has been long. A lot of you are waiting for the existing Federal Bank users to be onboarded on Jupiter. I can totally empathise with that and I can assure you that we have been working super hard to get this feature out asap. Personally, I myself canโ€™t open an account being the PM, as I am also an existing user of Federal Bank :pensive:

I want to cut to the chase and answer the question. I know there is a date of 19th August that we have committed to you all. We are just in the final stages of testing this in production and are very close to the launch. As of now, we are on track to launch this on 19th Aug. We will keep you posted, just in case there is any further delay. I am personally gonna ensure that each one of you who is stuck gets onboarded once we release this.

Now, 2 important things that I want you to be aware of for this new feature launch. To onboard successfully on Jupiter for an Existing Federal Bank customer, you need to:

  1. Use the same number for your Jupiter account as the one linked to your existing Federal Bank account
  2. Your existing Federal Bank account should be a Full KYC account.

If you meet these 2 conditions and you open the account once this feature is launched, you will be a โ€˜Verified Memberโ€™ a.k.a a Full KYC user from day 1

Note: So, just in case you havenโ€™t completed your Full KYC for your existing account, please utilise this week to do so. This will ensure that you are onboarded on Jupiter smoothly when we launch this feature later this week.

Hope this gives the much needed clarity.

See you on Jupiter, soon :rocket:

I do have Fi.money account under Federal bank so will that be Full KYC account or I need to complete KYC by visiting their branch?

Yes, you need to complete your full kyc else you canโ€™t open account with Jupiter.

You can confirm with bank/Branch.

See I donโ€™t have correct information.

But as per my knowledge you can open.

@jigarmistry24 Ideally, you should be able to complete your vKYC from Fi.Money app itself. Not sure if they allow it via branch.

@Gazu Hoping both the accounts are linked to the same Customer ID. If yes, then there shouldnโ€™t be an issue.

Being Fi is Jupiterโ€™s competitor, this kind of productive reply deserves a big applause :clap:t3:!! Appreciated this attitudeโ€ฆ Keep it going @Bankofthefuture
