Yes. Internally, we are aiming for 19th Aug date for existing federal customers. But caveat is that we can onboard only those customers who are full KYC customers of federal as RBI regulations donโt allow to open another ekyc account for user

This is great. Most of the users being an existing federal bank user are already full KYC so that wonโt be an issue.
I hope the date doesnโt get extended beyond 19th of Aug.
What about the rewards as per firstlist rankings. It specifically says weโve on onboard by 31st of July. Are existing FB customers going to loose that? @Jiten @sneh.baxi

I had an c-kyc account but closed that last month. Would I be able to onboard on the date it opens for existing customers ?
I think you will count as existing customer because your customer Iโd is generated by the Bank.
Eagerly waiting! I got the invite but I am existing Fi user so I canโt onboard for Jupiter A/C.

@Jiten I need to know will there be an option to opt an different Communication address for existing Federal Bank Customers other than their previous communication address or the communication address which is saved with the Bank will be treated as the communication address for existing customers onboarding on Jupiter.
Will it impact those customers whose communication address belong to rural background (In my case)?
Since I hold a Fi saving account my communication address is the address which is depicted in my Aadhaar and Fi has another address in their data base which is Debit card delivery address.
I wish you have a solution for me in this case.

This error is showing because your (CUSTOMER ID) is generated so you need to wait while Jupiter open access for Existing Customers.
I had opened Selfie Account like 4yrs ago,
But Account was dormant after 1yr of openingโฆ
After a while, Federal Bank itself would remove you as customer. And your CID will be removed from their systemโฆ
So I was able to open Jupiter Account.
Current rule is that, You canโt open more than one Min KYC account in any Bank.
