Try doing that so that they can update it in a day ( experience from axis bank) or if you have fedbook you may chat with them.
BTW they are very active on twitter too,you may connect with them there too.

I just checked it ,they have the option for aadhaar updation.
Log in you net banking go to service โ aadhaar updation (last option)

@CarolinMerces I suggest you to wait for 1 or 2 days before you try to onboard Jupiter as any mismatch would raise complexities.

Now you replied and things are clear and have cooled down a bit but please roll it out ASAP.
I get the app update for the version 1.4.24, I updated it.
When I open the app it was saying the same thing"Federal account detected"
I even uninstalled it and reinstall the app, verify my mobile number and the story repeats.
