So, here is a situation.
+91-99xxx22xxx has two Federal Bank accounts.
One in my name with Fi and another in my mother’s name with Jupiter.
How can I switch my mother’s account from my number to her number’s & then open my second Federal account with Jupiter or if there is another alternative, let me know.

I am not sure, but i think you have to change mobile number of one account because you have 2 customer id linkes to samemobile number

Your bank dob should confirm with atleast anyone of the pan or Aadhaar,so even after discripancy how did they allow you to open account.
If you have net banking perhaps you can update aadhaar detailes and I think with that your DOB will be updated too.

And check the rekyc option.
They ask you to upload a file for rekyc.
I don’t know fully what that file should be but I think it to be a copy of aadhaar.
My account was opened in 2019 in federal that time in my Aadhar DOB was wrong.
So my DOB was updated in Aadhar In 2021
