Delhivery is famous for this only. Most of the delhivery partners either misrout the things or mark out for delivery then return the package to the sender. I worked at Amazon and saw lots of high levels complaints like this and request for not to ship with delhivery by removing them from delivery partners

One more to the total collection
I placed an order for the Pepper Money Dream Card on September 6th, and exactly one month later, on October 6th, I received it today

A few days after ordering the card, I received a phone call, initially thinking it was a customer service representative. It was only then I realized the caller was the Product Manager at Pepper Money 
, who happened to be a Keralite like me. We talked in Malayalam 
, and he assured me that the card would be shipped soon.
As I mentioned earlier, the issues with the delivery were caused by Blue Dart, who returned the package to the shipper without notifying me. I discovered this when I checked the shipment tracking details on the app. I contacted their customer service, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved.
A day later, I received another call from the Product Manager, who asked why I didnāt reach out to him directly through WhatsApp instead of contacting customer care. I explained that I felt a bit hesitant to bother him with such a minor issue 
. He then asked for a list of available courier companies in my area, and after providing the list, he inquired if DTDC was acceptable, to which I agreed. He kept me informed with updates on the status of the shipment, including when it reached their office, the shipping date, and the tracking ID.
Such a small gesture can genuinely influence users and lead to positive word-of-mouth publicity (Just like this post)
Now, about the card:
- Like many commented here, I too really liked their packaging.
- I expected some glossy finish type card after seeing their website and app, but the actual design turned out to be somewhat darker in appearance.

But the question is where to use the pepper money
prepaid card?
Its canāt be used as alternate to debit card only merchantā¦
No wallet UPI ā¦
As of now it can only be used where credit/debit card (both) support.

I too thought the sameā¦
The truth is, they are currently in their beta stage.
However, since Pine Labs is backing them, we can expect the introduction of additional features like UPI in the near future. Also, I believe they will expand to more cities and states, possibly introducing more location-specific cards soon.

Yes, I think there were some earlier issues related to Prepaid Cards offering UPI services, but id am not wrong those issues have been resolved. You can find UPI options available for cards like Fampay, Muvin, Junio, Fyp etc.
Edit: I think only fampayās upi is operational now

Yes 0.25% for first 5 credit card bill payments in a month. Earlier it was 1%. now they have reduced the rate. Max cashback is 1000.
Thatās OLA card. Its of no use now.

I use Au small finance bankās card. Itās zero balance account but dc charges there which is easily covered by your rewards

I have blocked my AU debit card but if I reapply will they charge me a replacement fee along with the annual fee?
