If you want virtual debit card, Go for NSDL Payments Bank they provide Rupay Platinum virtual debit card and they charge Rs 5+GST per month as a account maintenance charges and also it is a zero balance Savings account.
What would happen to the AMC if the account balance is maintained at 0? Will we get a -ve balance?
Yes the account balance may go to negative balance.
Small update: I’ve got HDFC moneyback + without any income proof with a limit of 50k. I am a hdfc customer from july 2023 but i never maintained a higher mab with them. My mab always<=10k but still i got the card.
I got pre-approved offer on last Sunday then i applied as it’s without income proof but the application got rejected. Next day again my home branch employee called me and i told them this happened i applied they rejected… Then he told me let us handle this. Then he gave us a special link and guided me over call during the application process. Then i applied as per process he told me over phone. After applying for 2nd time my application got rejected immediately 
. Then he told me to take a screenshot and send over WhatsApp and told me to wait for somedays later that day he told me manager mailed the cc department for your application and today morning my card is approved without any income proof with limit of 50K.
But there is a catch, during the application process the employee requested me if i can make a small amount of fd and at first i said i will book fd later but the employee directly said see every branch has a monthly target if you do your own fd that will not help us so i told them that okay I’ll do but make sure my cc application is approved and he said I’ll try my best. Then as per their directions i booked a fd of 10k through internet banking.

Hdfc card requires 21 years age but my age is 20 years 4 months.

I guess there is a target for the employees for the end of the year (I knew there was something for the end of financial year). AU bank employees are calling me for pre-approved CC so much frequently these days🤔
